Shipping
If you have your own forwarder, we can ship the order to your forwarder warehouse;
If you do not any experience to import from China yet, we can introduce you our appointed shipping company also to help you ship out the order and get the goods.
Generally, we use master carton to pack your papers and then load into wood pallets.

1. What is the MOQ?
A: If you do not have special request for the package or size, our standard MOQ is 200packs or 50rolls around.
If you need a special size or need to do the package with your own brand, the MOQ will be different according to details.
2. What is the standard size you provide?
A: Sheets like A3+, A3, A4, 10x15cm, 13x18cm, letter etc
Rolls like 4", 6", 8", 10", 17", 24", 36",42" etc
3. How can i make the product with my own brand?
A. You can provide your package design artwork to us, then we can print and pack it directly. If you do not have any design yet, you can provide us your logo file and we will make designs for you according to our experience and send for your /confirm/iation.
4. What is the payment term?
A: We can accept T/T, L/C, Paypal, Western Union etc. Also welcome you to place order from Alibaba.
5. What is the lead time?
A: There are hundreds of different size and gram inkjet media. We can not have all of them in stock. So once your order /confirm/ied, we will arrange all materials and need around 25days to finish it. And after that, we need one week more to arrange shipment and customs for you.
6. How long i can get the goods?
A: 99% percent of our goods are delivered by sea shipment.
If you are in Asia, except the production time 25days and shipment booking time 7days, you need to add around 7~14days more for shipping. Middle East around 25days, Europe around 35days, American 35days, South American 35~50days.
7. Can i have sample first before order?
A: Yes, sure. We can provide you all samples we have and you just need to pay the shipping cost of the parcel.
